Grounds
Rental Rates
2009
The
rental fee includes only the use of the grounds and
specified facilities for
up to eight continuous hours on the day of the event
including set-up, clean-up, wedding and/or reception.
Rental fee includes the use of the grounds for both
the wedding ceremony and reception or either.
Rental
fees are based on a sliding scale depending on the
number of guests specified in the contract (+/-
10%).

- 300 Guests: $1,300

- 400 Guests: $1,400
An additional $500 refundable security
deposit is required to cover any damage, over-run
of time, or extra clean-up.
Chairs,
tables, linens and tents are not included in the
above rental fees but can be arranged through Tri-County
Rental Company for an additional fee. In this way, the
bride can personalize her event. Tent(s) are recommended
in case of inclement weather and to provide a base for
extra lighting if needed.
Catering
services are not provided on site but can be arranged
through our preferred caterers. A list of other preferred
vendors is also available. The services of a certified
wedding planner/director also can be arranged.
Photo
Session Only:
-
$35 for outside photo sitting
- $45
for both inside and outside photo sitting
These
rates are effective for 2009 events only. Additional
hours (max.of 2) can be scheduled in advance at the
rate of $125 per hour but the event must be concluded
by 11 PM. Please request a copy of lease agreement for
full details. Certain restrictions may apply to indoor
photo sessions.
Membership
Discount: Members
of the Pendleton Historic Foundation receive a 10% discount
on rental rates. For membership opportunities, please
check the membership section of this web site.
Complimentary Hours: One hour
for wedding rehearsal (if wedding on-site) and/or one
hour for wedding portrait setting.
Security
Deposit:
The $500 refundable security deposit will be returned
after the event assuming no damage or over runs of time
have occurred.
Event
Calendar: Our wedding season is April
- July and September - October. Saturday wedding dates
in the Fall are dependent on Clemson University home
football schedule since Woodburn is located on the main
traffic route to the stadium. Friday evening wedding
dates are offered as an alternative.
Payment
Schedule: A $500 deposit is required to hold
a date and full payment is required at least 90 days
prior to the event. Please consult our calendar through

available.
